Hey there! I’m Christa!
I’m an Occupational Therapist who helps young and older adults to improve emotional, mental, and physical health as well as assisting to improve life skills that are needed to successfully navigate life. Through coaching, mentorship, and training,
I have helped many individuals to develop and improve skills such as effective communication, developing and improving self-control and awareness of their own thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and others.
I also assist in time management, and other personal skills such as cooking, laundry, budgeting, developing and maintaining good credit, and preparing for interviews.
Prior to becoming an Occupational Therapist, I worked for 5 years as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in skilled nursing facilities, where I helped clients to increase their independence with functional activities that were meaningful to each client.
After a successful career helping adults to increase their physical independence, I now take a comprehensive approach and incorporate the client’s emotional and mental wellbeing to improve the overall well-being of each client.
I also created a course titled, Managing Your Emotions: The Foundation for Better Decision Making and Having a Better Relationship with Yourself and Others.
I also blog about mental, emotional physical health, and relationships. I also enjoy reading, spending time with my family and friends, and spending time outdoors around nature.
I’m available for coaching, mentoring, and training as well as consultations.
